Maverick Lariat AWD
Has anyone had this issue or currently going through this? I can tell you everything has been tried. It’s been to the dealership no less than 4 or 5 times and each time the audio stops working within a day of picking up. They have replaced modules, wiring, the whole unit, and various program updates.
I have the Lariat with the B&O upgraded sound system. There is no response from the screen when trying to get the audio to turn on. The video attached is what I sent my tech after picking up my truck this last time. I was thinking it might be a heat issue, but as you can tell it wasn’t hot at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know there is a way to reset the system. In the manual it says to press two buttons at the same time until it resets.

I have had to do this 3 times in the last 9 months. Audio comes right back but I notice the system in general exhibits quite a bit of lag.

Yeah, I’ve done the soft reset (power / skip forward) many many times. Also a complete hard reset through the settings and we’ve even pulled the battery cable for 15 minutes. Thanks.

My hybrid XL build date is September 12 so I haven’t received mine yet. Do you have to use the video screen to turn the radio on/off, change stations, and adjust volume or are there buttons you can use and just bypass the video screen. I would prefer to use the screen as little as possible.

Just a quick update - received a call / text from my technician letting me know they were able to duplicate the problem and get an error code. They traced it to the ACM (Audio Control Module). It being a holiday weekend, they won’t be able to see about ordering a new one till Tuesday - but at least it appears we are on our way to a fix. 🤞
