Should pick them up in 15 miles or less. The batteries are good for up to 10 years or 125,000oles whichever comes first. Might check before mounting tires. I don't know if batteries are replaceable.

Yeah I just released they could be old sensors. They are new, but how old are they? I don't know and didn't even think about that when I purchased them.
