Need help. Will these wheels fit? Offset 40 or 52?

The dealer prices for Steelies are a bit too much for me... Before I make a purchase, can someone confirm these should fit correctly? What would you choose, 40 offset or 52? I know 40 is closer to stock, but it's about $30 CAD more than the 52 offset.
