Hello,
New here. Just picked up my new 2024 Ford Maverick. She's an XL, FWD Eco-Boost. I went with the black paint because it reminds me of my 2003 Suburban I had before this. Wanted to get a Hybrid but it was a little more pricey. Just gotta start modifying it now.

Welcome to the Forums. Your maverick looks great! Head to Forscan section if you want to make your Maverick cooler . I also always recommend doing the tailgate assist and for XL owners, installing the Power Locking Tailgate and wiring harness that comes on the XLT and Lariat if that's something that interests you!

Need some help , folks. Am interested in a Maverick pick up but have no idea which to consider. Drive less than 5000 miles /year, do not tow , truck would be a week end warrior only, but do like the top end of any car line for driving..............please , a bit of input help would be appreciated........also how difficult is it to get what you really want now from the Ford dealers........thanks in advance !

My Advice,

I only drive about 5,000 Miles a year as well and I do not tow, My Maverick has no tow hitch. I had a tow hitch on my suburban and never used it once lol. If you want the top of the line Maverick you would be looking at a Lariat- I think those are in the $35,000 Range. I really liked my Ford Dealer they were very accommodating and were the only dealer in my county that had a Maverick to let me test drive. Don't settle though I had to call about 8 dealerships before I found the right one and I also test drove a Bronco. Im very happy with my XL. Hope this helps, Cheers!
