Hey everyone, new LoBo (401) owner here! I've been lurking around since December. I traded in my 2022 Corolla daily driver for the LoBo. I was originally interested in a Maverick back in 2022, but they were hard to come by at the time, so I ended up with the Corolla.
In addition to the LoBo, I also have a 2011 Nissan 370Z NISMO, which I've pretty much turned into a race car. And of course, there's my 2020 Raptor – I absolutely enjoy driving that truck!

First impressions of my new LoBo: the seats are a letdown. Given the intent behind the LoBo, Ford really missed the mark on those. I'm already looking into swapping them out.
LoBo Mode is pretty cool. Seems to turn the limits way down on the Traction control and enables Tq Vectoring. Makes me think of the Baja mode in my Raptor, but on street.

As for future mods, I'm planning on Silver Coil-Overs, a 3” Downpipe, 3” CBE, an intercooler, sbfilters intake (for those fun turbo sounds), and a Cobb Accessport. Like I mentioned, I've been lurking for a bit, planning everything out. I might even upgrade the wheels to 20s. The goal is to build a fun little street truck. I'm also considering getting a set of Focus RS Brembos. From what I understand, the LoBo uses the dual-piston calipers from the Focus ST. Since the Focus ST guys seem to upgrade to RS Brembos, it leads me to believe that they might just bolt right on.

I've truly enjoyed exploring all the modifications and impressive builds shared here. There are clearly many talented individuals in this community.

On a side Note. Whats the litter slit by the gear shifter for? Just kidding.

Nice truck. Why the capital "B" in "Lobo?"

Nice! I’m excited to see the mods on the lobo, I got mine last week as well but I’m leaving mine stock. I come from a heavily modified daily and I now enjoy the quiet and worry free rides

Two suggestion upgrades; hood struts (very functional) and fog lights (functional and looks). It is a great vehicle to customize the way you want it. Good luck!!

Maybe he named it Bo and it's Lo(w). 😬
And I would recommend against hood struts since the hood is not all that sturdy and people have said that they can damage the hood. Maybe someone with more details can elaborate on what exactly bends.

it has fog lights and hood struts a bad idea with flimsy aluminum hood

Hood struts much most secure than a skinny temporary pole holding up any hood. My 2022 XLT Maverick and 2007 Mustang GT have had them on from beginning.

It can cause some bending and warping of the Mavericks hood. Best to avoid but to each their own.
