Dashboard rattle at certain speeds, I'm busy rn will get it checked later this month. electric motor whining is noticeable when no music or AC, was told by the dealer it's normal. interior of XL, maybe even others can get dirty real fast. Damn that engine sounds like it's revving all the time it's on (except very low speeds). These are just negatives. The MPG is very sensitive to driving style, not forgiving (between 37-42 in mav display).Thank you. I hope all is running well with the Hybrid. I have build week of 1-31-22. I'm here in Columbus (Mansfield Twp.) NJ. I Ordered my Oxford White Hybrid XLT, with the lux pkg, moon roof, rear window, soft tonneau & bed mat from Lucas Ford on Aug. 3rd and have a scheduled build week of Jan 31. Ford has even given me the VIN number. This whole experience has been an exercise in patience so far..I’ve see we have quite a few NJ members on the forum.

Funny you say Ford Accessories is terrible. I agree. I ordered a Bed Extender, Soft Tonneau Roll Up and Tailgate Assist on 11-16-21 and still arguing with them over it. Numerous IT tickets. Crazy that we have to put up with this s!!t. Overall it's amazing, the hybrid is great.
Other issues, accessories.ford.com is the worst, placed order 6 weeks back no email nothing, started multiple IT tickets with 5 days reported resolution but nothing. Insane how they are in business.
My dealer is Malouf Ford and the sales experience is 8/10, I give the last 1-2 points to going the extra mile. They did not try and sell anything extra like an extended warranty or paint protection, they did offer it. No market adjustment and received student rebate.
Dealer installed option and other items ford shipped to the dealer to be given with vehicle during delivery were forgotten, still fighting with them to get the tailgate lock installed that is dealer installed. The after-sales experience is 2/10, the tailgate lock is a big reason, they also will not install the keyless keypad which is a ford accessory. They sent me between sales, parts, and services to find what happened to my tailgate lock that should have been installed when the vehicle was delivered. None of them knew what that part is.

I purchased my Lariat from them . Ordered on 6/16 and delivered 10/16. No markup, of course no discount either. They were a pleasure to deal with.Bergen County here. I ordered and XLT from Nielsen Ford on 1/22/2022. MSRP, no mark up and super helpful. Worth the drive to order from them. Hot Pepper Red, XLT Lux, FX4, 4K Tow. Was told 8 to 12 weeks. Priority code 10 currently. Hope it comes quick!
