Hey All!

Thanks to my long commute to work (70 miles one way) that I have to do 3x a week, I purchased a Maverick XLT Hyrbrid last August but never made it to any forums until now. Yesterday I traded my 22 Gladiator in on a 24 Bronco Badlands and decided I should probably join the forums. The neat thing is this Bronco was a leftover that was in the showroom for many months and it just never sold, I actually looked at this EXACT Bronco and drooled over it when I signed papers for the Maverick.

Maverick is filthy now so I am posting the pic from the day I got it, but I have since added Chinese all-weather floormats, Rough Country tri-fold tonneau cover, tailgate lettering, Cab spoiler & tailgate spoiler (Ford OEM), an Auto Ventshade Hood Protector (due to the amount of interstate driving it does) and some vent visors. It just rolled over 9k miles and I am absolutely loving it! Hoping to see some middle-TN folks on here but am looking forward to chatting with you all!

Hello and welcome to MTC. Congratulations on both your Maverick and your Bronco. Looks like somebody likes grey? They do look good.

Funny thing is the Maverick was a local dealer transfer that happened to be Gray and the Bronco was a leftover that had the biggest discounts on it and also happened to be Gray. I do love the color but in both cases it was just what fell into my lap.

I'm fond of the gray color because basically it.... does not stand out. The so called grayscale colors (White, black, gray and silver) are the most popular colors for cars.

I like white because it doesn't create heat and I can touch it when clean without burning my hand. I believe this will also keep electric components cool as well. Last but definitely not least they can easily be touched up to match and not worry about fading. I still think many other colors looks good but show dirt, and can get swirls like black, still like different colors grey is one of them of many. I just choose white for function. Again the grey looks great

Middle TN resident checking in... I just joined yesterday. Got my 25 XLT hybrid a couple weeks ago. I love those 2 door Broncos. Great looking fleet you've got!

Howdy neighbor! Where are you from? PS I’m jealous of you having a ‘25. Part of me says I should have waited but oh well

I'm in the Nashville area. You? I would have done a 24, if a dealer could have sold me one. But I'm loving mine so far. I like your color. I got the space white.

Right on. I’m in Morrison so out by McMinnville but I work in Nashville periodically… which is why I got the Maverick 😂

I secretly lust for a two door Bronco. But I just can't justify buying it. I know this is heresy, but I would love it if Ford released a vehicle in the same form factor that was meant mainly for on road, with very light off-roading.

The two door Bronco is so cool. 174" long, so it's easy to park. In my dreams they'd cut off the back and eliminate the rear seats and give it a little 4 foot bed, keeping it small. Kind of like the Jeep J6 concept.

Coming from a long wheelbase vehicle (Gladiator & Maverick) the 2dr Bronco handles almost in a weird way, but good. It’s hard to describe but it’s so nimble by comparison it almost feels like it has 4-wheel-steering, IE the rear follows so closely it’s a bit of an adjustment. As for the 2dr, mine was on the lot since June and I got a great deal on it so I suspect many people feel the same way, can’t justify it. I never got married or had kids so with that and having the Maverick I was good with it.
