im not sure if mine has that cover or not, but Iād think that cover would make it hold moisture. I donāt really worry about rust, I always trade vehicles at about 30k miles or before.
I have a '24 XLT fwd Hybrid and I have not experienced that. It does make a ton of relay noises while shut off, like if I open a door or something, but never while driving.
It's a Rough Country. I learned a lesson on that by starting out with a cheaper roll-up one and I just hated it. I had one from the same brand years ago on a 2016 Ram and I liked it then, but not on the Maverick. I think it was $600ish and it was just worth the money IMO. Here is a pic of it closed.
I figured it would be worse, but maybe not. This was from having a tree taken down and 3 total stumps ground down, so yeah basically mulch. I just hosed it out when I was done.
Iāve said it before, (and having owned everything from this to a 3500 Cummins 4x4 dually I feel qualified) these little trucks will do 95% of what a normal guy needs a truck for. Sure, they have their limits, but this is the handiest vehicle Iāve ever owned. 2024 XLT with 11k miles. Zero issues...
This is me. 2024 XLT hybrid and at 9500 miles Iām debating a 2025 Lariat. I love my XLT but my new Bronco showed me that I missed the bells and whistles (I usually buy higher trim vehicles). Dont get excited about the stereo though. i canāt speak for the Maverick but the B&O system in my...
I wouldnāt tow a push mower on a wagon with the Maverick. I think an SUV (would help knowing if itās a ā98 CR-V or a Suburban since you neglected that rather important detail) thatās very light and if you had the 4k tow (also neglected that detail) it might be ok with minimal hills but overall...
Coming from a long wheelbase vehicle (Gladiator & Maverick) the 2dr Bronco handles almost in a weird way, but good. Itās hard to describe but itās so nimble by comparison it almost feels like it has 4-wheel-steering, IE the rear follows so closely itās a bit of an adjustment. As for the 2dr...
For sure. My Bronco was a leftover that they had in the showroom (actually drooled over it when I signed for my Mav in August) so it had huge discounts so I just took it. WIsh it was a Sasquatch but oh well. The B&O does sound good for certain genre's of music but man, if there is bass just...
