What color blue is your truck. The atlas blue and the previous blue are hard to discern in fotos. I have a 24 on order in the Atlas. If that truck appears I would like to become a two maverick family and have the topper on atlas blue truck

Velocity Blue, only available on 22's
They can color match all the available colors. You give them the color code as part of the build.

I didn’t like my topper when I first bought it… but now I love it.

Is this an A.R.E. MX Series topper? The window almost looks too large for A.R.E.? Is that a First Edition Maverick? Like to find a place that makes the hood graphic in that style.

That topper looks great, just what I have in mind for my truck when I get it.
A question for you folks with toppers, do you think they are secure? My soon to be built 23 Hybrid will become the towed for my MH. I'm looking to carry some of the "stuff" I need to carry while traveling - grills, fire pit, chairs, ebike and so on. I would hope that a topper is secure enough to at least keep the honest people out. What do you think?

Can tell any handling difference with the slightly higher topper? I'm leaning towards this for my imaginary Maverick (ordered 7/17).
None at all... nor do I see any change in MPG.

Mine locks... like anything else, if someone wants in bad enough they will get in.

It is the Ford branded Snugtop. It cost about $4k, which is hella pricey. Nevertheless, I don't think I could live without it now. Just like the keycode locking system, I didn't think it would be used but I use it every time i am in the truck.

The OP has the ARE V series cab high cap. The good think about the ARE V is that it must be smaller/lighter than the ARE MX mid rise or the Snugtop. Much better chance of removing it with one person. Plus the base price is way lower than the Ford sungtop. Customizable from the factory on the ARE web then dealer order. I'm sure you could mod the snugtop with T-channels on the roof, but ARE does it for you.

Looks great but unless its easy to remove and store a minivan might be a better choice.

It is not easy to remove... and yes, the Toyota Hybrid Minivan would probably be more practical... but here in CA, they cost about double the Mav and you can't get ahold of one. That said, I don't think I'd trade my Mav for one straight up.

We've had our '23 Atlas Blue Lariat Lux hybrid for a little over a week. I've gotten quotes from both ARE and Leer/SnugTop and the latter are over $1000 more for essentially the same configuration (cab height, slider in the front, rack rails on top but no actual rack).

Does anyone have a good reason why a Leer group product is worth the extra grand?
