Never got email from Ford

Hey everyone,

New to the forum. I ordered my MY23 XLT through my local dealership. They told me that my order was submitted successfully but I never got an email from Ford. When I called the dealership, they said that others had that problem but there is nothing to be worried about. Anyone else have this issue?

Yes my GF had the same issue. She called Ford. They show the order is placed and what dealership it was submitted from. But no email.
She did receive an email for the other Maverick, with a different trim level from a totally different dealer.

I had 8 months between order and delivery and never received any email. 6 months of owning and still never any emails from Ford corporate.

One of the neat things about this, and most internet forums is that they keep past comments visible and searchable. This enables new users who may have a question to search the forum to see if it has been asked and answered previously, and therefor not having to wait for a response.

For example, if one types "no email" into the search box, they can instantly see that there have been many many discussions of this exact same issue, and possibly find some useful information in one of those discussions.

submitted an order on 9/16 and no email notification, dealer says order was submitted, ford CS says no order submitted with the order code the dealership generated.

My initial search only returned posts from 2021... read through those and wanted to see if anyone had the same problems with sept order. Thanks for the tip.

I too have ordered a 2023 and have yet to receive an email for confirmation, but I called Ford Marketing, PH: 800-334-4375, they verified that my order submitted to them for production.

Get your order printout and contact Ford via chat. If they say you have an unscheduled-clean order, you are good and can resume waiting: https://www.ford.com/help/contact/?gnav=header-support#chat

If you have a preexisting Ford account, make sure you haven't previously told them to not email you as they appear to honor that request.

Also, make sure your dealer didn't fat-finger your email on the order form.
