MY22 to MY23 Order Conversion Process

Does anyone know how the MY22 to MY23 conversion exactly works? I have an MY22 October order that is unscheduled and my dealer has been very poor at communication and stated that Ford will automatically convert my order to the new model year (which is false). Ford Corporate said I can order at another dealership and, they will apply my Private Offer when they place the new order so I will be given priority scheduling.

I placed a 2023 order at a new dealer yesterday, however, the dealer said the Private Offer will apply at the time of purchase and there is no priority schedule given to existing MY22 orders. Who is right? Ford Corporate or the dealer? Did the dealer input my order wrong and they should have applied my private offer?

I'm so frustrated at the inconsistent information in this process. Any clarity would be most helpful.

There are a lot people wondering and asking that same thing including myself. It doesn't seem like that's been definitively answered yet by Ford but there was a thread earlier today that did have a little bit of helpful information
