Canceled MY22 to 23 conversion orders still at PC99

This thread is for anyone that had a canceled 2022 order and whose 2023 conversion order is still sitting at priority code 99 because the dealer never changed it to 10 like they were supposed to by 11/30. Mine told me they updated it but they clearly never did, and I'm having zero success getting them to do anything now. I can't be the only one, so if you're in the same boat, feel free to post your situation and any updates that occur.

My dealer told me today that the priority code on my order is... 19? Huh??? Would not give any more information.

Ford chat still says it's at priority code 99.

I think my dealer manually entered a new 2023 order back when the order banks were open, this might explain where the PC19 came from. They remain ignorant of the converted 2022 order at PC99. I asked them to send me more info about the order they're seeing PC19 on so I can confirm if it is a separate order, but haven't seen that yet.

I also called the customer support number, which was entirely useless. They said they can't help me, don't know what any priority codes are, and to not trust anything the customer support chat says.
