I’m still 10/31 week as of now. I know everyone says if you have a vin you are getting a 22, but i still wonder what happens if they don’t build your vin’ed 22, and you don’t get a private offer, and 23 ordering is now closed 🤔. Here’s hoping they get all the 22 with vin finished! Good luck everyone
They are extending the production at least one more week. They can keep doing that if they want to, to the end of the year!!

I saw 3 on FB get pushed to week of 11/14. All were hybrids.

So far all the people I've seen pushed back at hybrids and I've seen a couple people reporting they moved forward and they were all eco-boosts.

I'm sorry man. I'm an Ecoboost order. Originally scheduled for the week of 11/7 but have since moved up to 10/24.

So far I haven't seen any Ecoboost people pushed to week of 11/14 so wonder if it's just hybrids.

Let's see what others say. Good luck!
My EB Lariat went from 10/31 to 10/17. I ordered it January 21st.

Everyone here always says "If you have a VIN your order will be produced as a 2022." Eventually time is going to run out and they will have to change over to 2023. Will that happen after all the 2022s have been built? Ford clearly hopes so but with orders pushed back to 11/14 now they are running out of 2022. How many people are going to want a 2022 truck built in 2023 and not delivered to the dealer until February or March of 2023?

I understand that Ford "recalling" VINs would be unprecedented but unique times lead to unprecedented results. If they don't have everything they need to build all their orders for 2022 before the changeover happens what else can they do?

Order banks are closed but that wouldn't prevent Ford themselves from entering the canceled 2022 orders in as 2023. The question then would be could the buyer change anything? I wouldn't be heartbroken if my 2022 $3k off MSRP Granger order got rolled over to a 2023 if I could change it to a Tremor. However, that seems unlikely since it just has FX4 and 4k tow, neither of which are supposed to be constraints. Of course my build week on that truck has gone from 10/10 to 10/17 to 10/24 so who knows?

You can have a 23 come down the line right behind the last 22. Part changes are already setup on the lines. Some auto manufacturers make a big deal out of that new year model coming down the line.

I was hoping for that remote chance my XLT EcoBoost order might get moved forward from the 10/10 build date I was finally given but I got an e-mail last night... now I'm at 10/17. 🙁
