I buy this truck for only one reason: fuel mileage. I am driving a Dodge caravan that I absolutely love except for one thing, especially in the winter, the fuel mileage . I had pick ups in the past, I never was very fond of them. 42 miles/gallon is the only reason I ordered a Maverick. I did not put any money down. I f I decide to buy it, I shall pay cash

I love desktop computers but I hate cell phones and tablets.( My cell phone very rarely leave the top on my computer where it seat upside down, the microphones and cameras taped down) I am not good with a camera, so we will see.

I would buy; The '25 hybrid Maverick should be the most perfected yet as probably most of the bugs have been corrected. The mileage is real, I've had my hybrid just over a year and am averaging better than 45 MPG after 5500 miles. This truck easily matches our '13 Prius in around town mileage. It is not as good at highway speeds, still not too bad if you keep the speed reasonable.
Edit: Your mileage may be a little less with the AWD, but still very good.

Man, I'm getting jealous! I ordered day one and am still waiting. My delivery date has bumped back twice now (originally listed as 12/28-1/03, then 1/13-1/19, then today it changed again to 1/17-1/23). I know it's days in the long term view, but i'm impatient. Given your build (2025 AWD hybrid), a lot of us on MTC will want to hear from you after you've driven it a thousand miles or so.

Have not gotten mine yet but it is in production. I have the AWD Hybrid variant being built as well. I drive almost 100mi a day for work so shouldn't take me long to cross the threshold of 1k miles lol.

I’m totally amazed that your order went in on 10/9/24 and is being delivered on 12/26/24! I put my order in on 10/17/24 and still have no production date .

Brave new world- my last Ford was a 2005 Escape Hybrid and I was very worried that it was 1st model yr for it but it worked out very well,- now back for 25’ Lariat that is ridiculously similar to that 05 Escape 20 yrs later, so at least hoping for same result (but worried about the recall history on Mav)- also disappointed they didn’t have a Phev version but we will remain optimistic- good luck to you and hope this was relevant.
