Congrats, I know you will enjoy. I feel about the same. Ordered one Nov 20 and bought a refused on same trim different color three weeks later. First one went into production June 25th and is now on a production hold. The poor guy now waiting for it may get it by October.

lol, I know someone in Mississauga who got a call from his dealer that his was stuck in a railyard north end of Toronto and wondered if he wanted it driven to the dealership. Buyer picked up salesman or sales manager, not sure which, and drove him to the railyard. Dealer drove it back to the dealership did the PDI and buyer had it next day... Canadians are (generally) like that. Whatever it takes.

I always had good luck when my company sent me to Canada. Except for a customer in Quebec.

Congrats on your new truck! I had a similar situation. Went in to discuss pricing and possibly ordering one, the dealership had one on order unsold. Less than 6 weeks later, I’m driving it!

There used to be both: "Roughriders" in Saskatchewan, "Rough Riders" in Ottawa. The Ottawa team folded, but some years later a new team, the "Senators", was formed. Sort of like having a U.S. team called the "Representatives".

The current CFL team in Ottawa is known as the Redblacks. The Ottawa Senators are in the NHL.

If they named any US sports teams after our congressional people they would be named the Donothings.

How are Canadian dealers getting all these stock units that are unsold as they are in transit? Supposedly stock units were not going to get built until all Customer order retail units are built? Is there a different set of rules for USA vs. Canada or something?

The supposed "no dealer stock units" was only ever hybrids.

Well, my estimated delivery date hasn't changed yet 07-12-2022 / 07-18-2022 so fingers crossed!

Which dealer did you order from? My order was also scheduled for July 12 to July 18 as well to Toronto but was moved to next week earlier today. Originally estimated first week of July. I assume mine is also sitting in a rail yard but don't know for sure because my dealer doesn't tell me anything. Nothing on scheduled, VIN, built, shipped etc- been getting updates from Ford corporate and on the tracking site.

I ordered from Lecours Motors up in Hearts Ont. An excellent dealership! My salesmen sends me a message when he gets an update from Ford. The very first delivery date was between the 25-31 of July, but throughout these pasts weeks it has changed multiple times, it's been struck to July 12-18 for three days...

The dealer where I placed my original order said they were not allowed to place orders themselves but if a customer cancelled then they would keep the order on the books so they had some inventory. The vehicle I found and bought from a different dealer had an order date from mid January. I don’t know if the dealer ordered it or if a customer did and then changed their mind.
