My Maverick has finally been scheduled for production

My dealer reached out to me to day with a production date of 6/27 and a VIN. I ordered my Maverick almost a year ago on 6/15/2021. I never thought this day would come.

My dealer didn't update me. I called Ford and found out. I call every couple of weeks. I did reach out to my dealer after I called Ford and they told me the same thing, that the production date was moved. But I had to ask for an update.

Sorry for the confusion. My dealer did reach out proactively and let me know about the VIN and original production date, but they did not reach out for the changed date. I had to find that out myself.

My dealer never reaches out. You ordered your Maverick even earlier than I did (6/19/21). I got a vin and a build date of 6/17 but now pushed back to your build date of 6/27. I'll believe it when I see it.

I’m interested to see what’s actually going on within ford, its odd and seems like all the dates are being pushed to 8/1…. Gonna be a really busy week of 8/1.
