Got the email "Your vehicle has been scheduled for production."

SO I git the email on Thrusday "Big things are happening right now. We are excited to let you know your 2023 Maverick XLT SuperCrew has been scheduled for production. Your vehicle is scheduled to be built the week of September 11, 2023."
What are the chances of actually getting it and do I need to contact the dealer or do anything to increase the chances.

Your chances are probably good. From my experience my dealer KNOWs NOTHING Colonel Klink. lol

Your chances are good that far ahead of Oct 15 my13 production end date. Doesn't hurt to communicate with your dealer to let them know that you know. This lets them know you are still interested in it and expecting it. Might help prevent it's being sold out from under you. If you have a good dealer, they might even contact you about the tentative date. You can still order a my24, but it will not qualify for the rollover benefits. (Priority and private offer)

Myself, I'd be skeptical until its in the driveway. I received two scheduling updates and then about two weeks after it should have been in the process of being built received an email from Ford stating essentially what the 45 day emails stated... Thanks for hanging in their, "shortages", "frustrating", as soon as possible, etc...

I've had a VIN # and window sticker at least since June 22nd and I think my modules have been populated. I would think you and I would both get ours. Who knows? My fear is that it was all a pacification measure and were looking at sometime next year. I don't know but if mine shows up I will be posting it.

Your chances are very good your truck will be built the week of September 11th. The only thing you might want to do is contact your dealer, as others said, to make sure they know you still want it.

If it does have a scheduled week (not day yet, it can move) the order number will be linked to that so if the dealer would enter a 2024 order under the same order number (required for offer and priority) the system would probably reject it.

Yet I'm confident I'll get the truck since I'm scheduled week of 9-11.
