That sucks. Glad I live in the sticks but it can happen anywhere stupid drivers congregate and they congregate everywhere.
Just today some potato head passes me in the breakdown lane getting on the interstate to get ahead of me before it turns to one lane construction. Then he speeds through the construction zone where there is a $500 fine and a 6 point hit on the license. Like I said, they are everywhere.
