Perhaps they need others asking them they are blocking customers asking legitimate questions of them regarding orders?

Plenty of others in the same boat. I’m not a fan of dealers but they really can’t tell you much and asking them for updates over and over again isn’t going to net you much.
I would have blocked him too........

I have an order with Jim Hudson too. Sales manager wouldnt do anything other than priority 19 and didn’t put my email on it so I never received the confirmation. Only way I know my order made it is by calling the 800 number.

From what it seems they don’t have many allocations either. There is no use asking how many allocations they have because the first time I talked to the sales manager he was irritated i got through to him and wasn’t talking to my sales guy. I asked for a screen shot of the visibility report and he wouldn’t do it saying that it’s proprietary and won’t share.

What priority did you want him to put on it? Priority 10-19 does not matter.

You make a good point @SuperTongue. @Dbarr if your issue is that it hasn't been scheduled, there is not much a dealer can do about it other than priority code. There are a lot of factors out of their control.
If it's the lack of communication, they should own that, but also be aware that some sales folks are less informed than customers on the order process and what is going on with build schedules.

If you havent already, look up Long MCarthur on YouTube and Tim Bartz (@fordvideoguy, AKA "Mav Moses" coined by @sseiler, he does a livestream every Tuesday night giving the low down on Maverick process, builds, etc. Without question, the most informative Maverick process info on the Tube.

I run my own business and have blocked customers. Occasionally it’s justified.
Same, I just had a back and forth with someone on here, I've been very fortunate to have customers who are understanding when I have to push their appointments out because I can't get the supplies or parts I need due to supply chain issues, have not had a single customer complain yet but I said if I did have someone get upset and complain I would probably tell them that another business is probably a better fit for them. I have zero problems giving up a customer who I think will be a "problem child" especially when they can't understand the current global supply chain situation that is pretty obviously affecting everything from food products to vehicles.

Only thing is when you are looking for cars the dealers call you hundreds of times and email you bunch. Seems like they don’t like to be bothered but don’t mind it when they do it.
