Multiple minor rust spots

One year in and no mechanical issues. Have a factory sprayed in bedliner with multiple small pin size rust marks popping up. Not deep just on the surface. Not from any load. Also noticed bolts have slight rust around them and where the seams meet. Heated garage with plenty of air movement. Seen this?

2025 XLT Hybrid I've noticed rust spots on doors inside door jams. Very minor so I'm not impressed with Ford.

2023 Mav Lariat here in Central Texas. No rust anywhere. Not much rain either

fords have never been know for rust resistance so we put all our travel miles on our maverick and put the years on our Toyota. WE know that the maverick can go more mechanical miles than our Yaris so everything works out great. We expect to put on the mav-hybrid about 300K miles over 12 years. and 25 years and 100K+ miles on our Yaris

Thanks for the photos. That helps. It sort of looks like some rusted water may have dripped down onto the SIBL from some unknown source above? Like you say your garage is dry. Parking garage, nearby spraying, car wash water dripping down from rusted metal. Hard to tell what is causing the rust spots at the metal seams though.
