Spots stuck on instrument cluster

On my instrument cluster there are these spots that won't wipe off. The last thing I used was 303 interior cleaner. I also have the 303 protectant, but I didn't use it this time. At first I thought it somehow got behind the cluster. However the spots feel rough to the touch so it has to be on the outside. Very upset because I've used these products since I got the truck without any issues. Anyone have any experience with this or any tips?

I’m a microfiber towel and hot water guy only but maybe you could find a local retailer who can get rid of that for you.

Thank you! Definitely some good info on that thread. If the warm water doesn't work I'll try some plastic scratch remover.

I think hot water will be the first thing I try probably in the morning after work tomorrow.

Check with a reputable detailer.
They know some tricks.
