After much research, I chose the Gatorback Mud Flaps. Half-inch thick heavy duty rubber. Pricey, but I'm worth it! I chose the one w/o the Ford emblem, I thought it was too much since the Ford emblem is on the tailgate.

Edit: They are available as an option via the vehicle build tool on Ford.com at more than twice the cost.
