Missing hatch in lower engine cover?

I notice on my 23 hybrid there is a large square hole that looks like it accepts some kind of hatch/cover. It's about 8" x 8" or so. Anyone know if I'm missing it or are they all sent out without it?

Same. I suspect this was part of the original under-hood ventilation fix prompted by the MY2022 engine fire recall.

It's not used on the Hybrid. That opening was added per the underhood fire recall, but designed to mimic the EcoBoost AWD undershield which has a plastic vent mounted there to direct air to the PTU.
