I always wondered if it had a solar powered tail wrigglers if that would have worked?
I've seen solar powered owls with motion detectors, moving heads and owls to put in trees for birds.

Time for a barking, walking robot wolf,?
I tried, but it turned out to be a scam. Instead of being a real robot, it was linked to a call center full of dogs in India!

I had a mouse in mine. I tried to get it but it eventually either went away or died. But to prevent the problem fr happening again I got some peppermint oil and put it underneath the truc. Mice do not like peppermint oil. I use it in my basement and outside sheds, it definitely keeps them away.

I did the fix to the vent behind the back seat, but mice still got in. I caught one, but there must be a nest in the vents in the dashboard because when I get in the truck... especially when it's been sitting in the sun... And turn on the fan or AC, it stinks coming out of those vents. Has anybody tried to get into them or had to deal with a nest like this? I'm hoping I don't have to tear the whole dashboard apart to find them
Since others are now posting their mice stories, here is mine. Several years ago we had just built a home in the country. When we first moved in, a few field mice were observed on occasion. Set some snap traps every evening with peanut butter. Would wake up the next morning and none of the traps had sprung to catch any of the culprits. And not only were none caught, but all of the traps had been licked clean of all the peanut butter. Figured we had smart mice. About the 5th night around midnight I was in bed andI heard a "SNAP" in the kitchen. Figured I finally caught one. Went down to the kitchen area to check it out. There, I found my 11 year old daughter meticulously removing the peanut butter from all the traps. Turns out she had been doing that every night because she didn't want to see any of the "cute little mice" killed.

I had a problem with a mouse that kept getting in the bed and making a nest. He once looked at me poking his head thru the hole where the jack goes to let the spare down! I even got a large rubber seal to go across the tailgate gap, still got thru. I went to war with about 16 bait traps all around where I park the Mav, my tractor and the zero turn. Took a couple of weeks, they were removing the poison blocks from the large black traps and laughing all the way! I think I finally broke the 2 week gestation period of more culprits but have to reload the traps every week! 1 recommendation. Do NOT use the poison blocks that are apple flavor, every trap I used them in got a red ant nest within a couple of days! Owwww.

My buddy said to ask for Coyote Pi.., put the crystals in stocking balls and hang a few under the hood, but all they had to sell was the rodent deterrent which is peppermint and other scents they don't like. Seems to work. Time will tell. But you certainly don't want them chewing on any wiring under the hood or body.
