Hey All,

Thinking about getting a tremor and saw the employee discount pricing, I talked to a dealership yesterday and didn't get down to brass tacks but they were ballparking just under 40k or so with the Ford employee discount. I found an old invoice sheet for the 2025 mavericks linked below and the original invoice for the tremor is 39k. The MSRP for the tremor on that file was just under 40k but the current MSRP for a tremor I found on the lot was $42,640. Did the current job of 2025 mavericks on the lot really jump that much or is this a bait and switch? I'm under the impression that employee discount that is being offered to everyone is the A plan and that the A plan discount is supposed to be a number below invoice. Thanks.

Sounds about right.
I am on Z plan which is the same as A plan.
Ordered my XLT 1/17/25.
Z plan savings was just under $2k before tax.

Great to hear that the discount itself seems to be accurate, the follow up question I have is are the MSRPs being inflated? With the expected discount you discussed I'd expect to be paying a little above the original MSRP pricing in the file I mentioned. I don't know what the current invoice pricing is or how invoice pricing can change but it's definitely not what is in the file I linked in above. Not looking to be argumentative but am just genuinely curious what changed in the 6 months between that invoice pricing file being created and now to raise the MSRP that much.

If you want to send me a PM with the dealer name and VIN, I'll tell you what the A/Z-Plan price should be.

Found a $42,680 in MI, A/Z-Plan is $40,507

Oops, just realized that vehicle MSRP does not include the destination and delivery fee. So the way the A plan works is invoice pricing instead of MSRP + destination fee to get to the final number?

MSRP does include transportation. See below.

3-5k is what you should expect off MSRP on a Lariat Tremor. Don't let the "employee pricing" distract you from that.
