Saw this "Maverick" looking classic lunchbox totally by chance...

I have that lunch box in my basement, but in a little better condition (more paint on it). Was my fathers, he took his lunch to work in it as a machinist, daily for as long as I can remember. When he died, my mother converted it to a small tool box (screw drivers, pliers, etc) so she did not have to go down to the basement of our 3 decker from the 3rd floor to get a simple tool. I now have it in my basement so I don't have to go out to the garage for a tool. lol

I remember my dad carrying one for years. He added a large Stanley coffee thermos though to his accouterments. I wish I had that lunch box.
