I wanted the Mav when I saw the first picture of one.
It was not out in Dec 2020 and I needed a vehicle. The 2021 Bronco Sport kept me happily entertained until 12/31/24 when I traded it for my seemingly flawless 2024 AWD Ecoboost Lariat.
11,500 miles on the clock, 11/12 months of ownership. So far so good. Not even a recall.
I wish I accrued mileage at that rate. I had over that mileage in 3 months. I got my Maverick in May of this year. As of today December 4th 2025 I have about 24,000 miles . That 90 miles per day work commute plus usually over 100 miles of personal errands and miscellaneous driving adds up quickly.

You lucky dawg. I don’t get to drive that much but I do take some time and sit in my Mav and go, “Vroom Vroom” :’P

It seems that the MAVERICK is the best truck when it comes to customer satisfaction. We may have some minor quibbles. . But by and large most of us are pretty satisfied with our choice
Thanks for the post.
Yesterday I went by the Post Office and the grocery store.
Both times I was parked next to another Maverick.
For me it's a near perfect vehicle.
Apparently there are lots of others with the same opinion.

I never heard anyone say, "Wow" I like that new truck, I can't wait for 2 years to pass, so I can buy one!
I did, in fact I waited until the 2025 refresh after test driving it at release. I'm also glad I did because I was able to get Hybrid AWD 4K tow, more power, a bigger infotainment screen, and upgraded CVs.

Mav sales numbers certainly say so.
Last I read (article here) 2025 Maverick is the 2nd best selling compact truck after the Tacoma. And I think its within 15% of Tacoma sales, interesting times!

Give it 3-5 years I think we'll start seeing some 3rd party tubing & fitting upgrade packages for Maverick when the cheap flimsy plastic cable guides & tubing break & crack & cause problems & theres a large enough # of vehicles on the road to make the engineering worth the sales volume.

Thanks for the post.

That's a plus when you buy a popular vehicle. It also helps that the basic truck frame has remained virtually unchanged since inception. That allows a manufacturer to sell some of the same parts across (so far) at least 5 model years, including 2026 which has few changes.

If you look on Amazon, there are tons of aftermarket Maverick accessories, which fit across the model years.

What you said. Same for me. The 25 Mav Hybrid 4K AWD ticks all the boxes.

Fockin’ A !

It’s a roomy 4 Door Sedan with a small trunk under the back seat and a dang truck bed out back.
And it’s economical to drive, Eco or Mavbrid !

Chevy, Dodge, Toyota, You can’t touch dis !

Maverick for work commute and groceries, Jeep TJ for everything else.
For me, it’s always EV for work commute, and ecoboost Maverick for everything else.

Recently traded in my 140k mile Tesla and got this AWD 24 blazer EV RS with clean carfax for $26k
Ford Maverick Maverick has highest truck customer satisfaction (Consumer Reports score) IMG_4850

The Maverick uses about 10 tanks of gas per year. My solar panels completely cover my house and the EV. Getting close to breaking my oil habit.
