Same thing happened to me - AWD. I had not driven it for a week. After getting a jump, I turned off the car’s Ford Pass connection/system wifi. I am pretty sure it was the app that drained the battery.Had my Mav (EB awd fx4) for about a month and started getting messages from ford app about going into sleep mode due to low battery. Paid no attention since it was a one month old car. Came out to a dead car one morning, it took a jump no problem, but I bought a portable jump pack just in case this would be a recurring issue and I knew dealers would be clueless. App read 12v the morning it didn’t start. Voltmeter read 6!! Has been 13v since. So hoping it was a one off fluke.
