There is a fine line between a discussion forum and acting like suggestions that OP file a lawsuit if their experience happened as described and put lives at risk are wrong.

There is a fine line between a discussion forum and acting like suggestions that OP file a lawsuit if their experience happened as described and put lives at risk are wrong.
We have become a society in which someone feels they are owed something for every unfortunate situation, no matter how large or small. If you do not recognize this, then you are part of the problem.

There you go, trivializing what OP experienced. If it happened as OP described it, then they are justified in filing a lawsuit over it. I'll take OP's experience at face value until proven otherwise, and I'm not willing to spin theories about what SHOULD have worked.

We can simply gentlemanly agree to disagree then. This thread has been pretty well hijacked at this point, including by me. My sincere hope is that he gets his Mav repaired quickly and completely with minimal further hassle.
