Exactly the same messages I received. I guess with this vehicle you don’t drive away until you have thoroughly cleared the windshield of snow and ice rather than just jumping in and drive away creating a blizzard behind you. lol
I started the truck this morning and the windshield was clear when I went to leave, I always wonder if I get the message because the Co-pilot camera is at the top behind the rear view mirror, maybe the wipers don't reach there and it takes a while for the heat to get up that far? I always had the issue with the 22 we had, and son has it now and says he still gets the message on cold days?

Yes. My 2025 XLT gave me the same warning, but only twice.
On another note: I have read about sooo many problems with Maverick's, that I'm anxiously awaiting a small PU from A RELIABLE Japanese manufacturer. I may sell mine sooner than they come out.
I bought the extended warranty (which I have done with all my vehicles in the past) which provides for significant peace of mind when especially dealing with all the onboard technology these vehicles are equipped with. I know a lot of readers disagree, however when needed, they have covered expensive repairs that may occur when you are least financially prepared to cover. FYI

Other than that, the clock spring, both front wheel bearing assemblies, and the factory "rear wheel ABS only" (how does that even make sense? Wouldn't you want the front wheels to not skid?), the truck was mechanically pretty solid. I waxed the truck religiously and then didn't for about a year, and what do you know, the clear coat bubbled in several places.
Most skids, especially on unloaded pickup trucks, happen when a rear wheel locks. For this reason alone, many trucks had a primitive anti-lock system on the rear axle only. On Fords, they called it RABS (rear anti-lock braking system). GM used it on many of its smaller vehicles like the Cavalier (partly in response to the some of their early FWD cars that would lock a rear under heavy braking and spin out). While many of its early 90's competitors had no anti-skid system, things like the Cavalier had something which was better than nothing.

Correctly sized wipers will reach that far.

From many posts - it seems there is "shrinkage" in the wiper market too, even when you buy what it says should be correct.

I'm still on the factory ones............bought two sets from the dealership with Ford points for the 22, still have a set of them left.........plan to toss them on when spring gets here.

There is a heater grid around the camera. When it’s colder, it can take a awhile e for that area to warm up.
