Have Hybrid XLT 2022, about 22,000 miles on it and started to shake on highway speed only when accelerating.
Took it in this morning, waiting to hear from the dealership.

I am reading other threads here and see some mentions on axles and CV leaks - Is there anything else it might be based on experience?
Love the truck but it feels like I'm at the dealership more and more lately and its only at 22,000 miles =\

Update - Just got a call from the dealership, said the lower transverse mount is faulty

2nd Update - Mounts replaced, tech found some "play" in axles and recommended replacing them as well, parts ordered but not ETA as they are backordered... they recommend not driving it as they think the vibration from the axles is what might have caused the mounts to fail as well so they provided with loaner car until axles will arrive.
all done under warranty.
will update.

I would put money on the half shaft axle especially since you're driving a hybrid....

Just got a call from the dealership, said the lower transverse mount is faulty - they will have the part only next week... Was told "it is up to me" if I want to drive it until then..

Then they will fix that and the axles will fail =\
Already been there for 3 recalls, I have the fire under hood recall thing that doesn't have a remedy for and now this weekend another recall popped up on my app.. the grabby brakes are not fixed, the TSB helped a bit but the issue is still there... Getting tired of this..

I would put money on the half shaft axle especially since you're driving a hybrid....
Truck was picked up, visit summary says the technician found "Roll Restrictor Mount Failed" and here are the parts they ordered and to be replaced next week:

NZ6Z-6068-F - HOUSING
NZ6Z-6E042-C - BRACKET
LX6Z-6068-AB - HOUSING - TR

I am sure the part is indeed faulty but there is a lot of talk about axles so I took a photo of mine when I got home, the driver side seems very dry, this is the passenger front side - Is the "wetness" on the shaft seems reasonable or is it too much? hate for them to fix one thing and then next week this will go bad.

Gotta be a bad batch of axles. Batch after batch smh. Maybe I should order a set in advance for when I do get my Mav.

I wish my dealer could actually locate problems lmao they can’t even duplicate loud squealing brakes somehow, I’ve had a clunk and vibration all 14,500 miles and my dealer can’t figure it out and advises to drive it until something breaks!

betting is CV axles - very well known issue.

Does anyone know if these typically fail once they start to leak ?
There are some posts over on F150 forums where the theory is that clamps are overdone on the boots which starts to puncture them resulting in a leak.

There's really just one mount (carrier) for the intermediate shaft on the hybrid and fwd ecoboost models. We've seen that go too.

This all seems very similar to what the Wifemates 2020 Edge did 2.0L Ecoboost as well. The Engine mounts went south and then the axles (CV Joints) went right after they fixed the Mounts. At around 30K miles.

Just quick update, got the Mav back yesterday.
Axles on both sides were replaced as well as the mount. all done under warranty.
Truck rides smooth now.
