That's what i meant, they picked those part numbers and told me its the new revision so i assume its correct even though it is marked as "not fit" for my VIN on ford's website....
it was as soon as i left the dealership and jumped on the highway i noticed something is wrong, it was already in...
Not sure.... all i know is I'm on the third set and its still not perfect =\
Ahh ok I see it now.. however its still weird as I have a 2022 not a 2024... so i was just wondering since its still not good... but i guess they installed what they thought should fit... i didn't provide them the...
I just did the same on their website, put my VIN in.
looks like the passenger side is ok but this one still show up as a non match for my VIN.
Mine is a 2022.
I just had my Mav in for a third set (Original , 20K and now 50K again), this time they put the new versions SZ.
Picked it up yesterday and its just not smooth at all, doesn't really shake but just feels different more stiff almost like there's friction somewhere.. mostly from front driver...
Really sorry I had a long evening.. just got up and was about to post when I saw your msg :)
UPDATE - Drive home (about 1hr drive) was 100% normal no issues at all, no noises and no lights....
I hope it is but I feel like maybe because I was stuck in standstill traffic and it was cold the...
*** UPDATE 2
Just got off work, I have a mechanic co worker he works on all the company's cars, he helped me out with the scanner, he's got one of those fancy giant ones, he plugged it in and 0 codes stored....
looking at the fluid levels again looks like it went up a bit now its a little over...
** UPDATE
Just went out to check it, looks like engine reservoir is dead center between MIN and MAX so that's good. the hybrid coolant reservoir is right on the MIN maybe slightly below it.... definitely not empty
I actually found my scanner in the truck but its a shitty iphone bluetooth type...
I do have the following on my "recall/customer satifactory program":
Description
Replacement of exhaust gas heat recovery system if failed
Campaign#
24N04
Is that related you think? this campaign says it should give me a malfunction light which it didn't.. unless the temp light is considered...
No smell, temperature on the climate control was probably maybe 75? not sure but not too hot and I do not have heated seats or heated steering wheel..
I always drive on the normal drive mode.
On the way to work there was a bad accident and I got stuck in almost stand still traffic for about an hour or so.
At some point I had this msg pop up on the dash with the temp light on "Performance reduced to lower temperature"... engine temp on the gauge was normal so i assume this related to...
Thank you, Was just wondering if the dealership accidently thought it was an eco boost and put the 0-30W\5-30W the ecoboost takes if that would damage something somehow....
If the dealer accidently put their Synthetic blend oil instead of the 0W-20 - can that damage the engine somehow? or just cause less mileage between oil changes?
What is the reason only 0W-20 is accepted for the hybrid? looking back at a previous invoice from my last oil change and looks like...
Just quick update, got the Mav back yesterday.
Axles on both sides were replaced as well as the mount. all done under warranty.
Truck rides smooth now.
Dealership replaced the mounts they were %100 faulty but they feel the axles have some "play" in them and recommended replacing them as well however no ETA as they are backordered =\
Truck was picked up, visit summary says the technician found "Roll Restrictor Mount Failed" and here are the parts they ordered and to be replaced next week:
NZ6Z-6068-F - HOUSING
NZ6Z-6E042-C - BRACKET
LX6Z-6068-AB - HOUSING - TR
I am sure the part is indeed faulty but there is a lot of talk...
Just got a call from the dealership, said the lower transverse mount is faulty - they will have the part only next week... Was told "it is up to me" if I want to drive it until then..
Then they will fix that and the axles will fail =\
Already been there for 3 recalls, I have the fire under hood...
