main screen stuck on reverse camera

went to get coffee this morning and the backup camera screen was on the whole trip. Anyone else ever experience this?

Hold the Power button and the Forward seek button at the same time for atleast 10 seconds. You can do it while you are driving.

If the infotainment system does something weird like that or if it locks up, hold down the Power & track forward buttons until it starts to reboot.

Yes I had that happen to me once a few months ago when I stopped at the grocery store and then backed out of the parking space. I tried everything I could to clear it and nothing seemed to work but right before I got home a couple miles away it cleared itself and hasn't happened again

Not that one but a couple times mine has been completely stuck and unresponsive- didn't know about button reset so had to pull over and restart the truck.

Ford has a setting that allows that feature, stays on until you are traveling 5mph. You can go into setting to turn that off. I like it.

mine was on at 40mph, but it was off next time I started the truck. Learning all the gremlins is fun...

I had the same problem. Go into settings / camera. Slide selection onto opposite setting. Now the BU camera goes off as soon as the trans is put into Drive. No delay.

Missed a couple posts sharing that could not have been the issue.

Just happened to me yesterday. Infotainment was stuck on back-up screen and the radio stayed on while the key was out and the door opened. I googled it and found the soft reset for Sync with Power and Track forward. It actually resolved itself at some point but I did the reset just to be sure.
