NAPA part numbers are as follows:

GRT 48882744 for non coated rotors.
UP 882744CR for coated rotors

Negative. Found a set on eBay from a 2024 with 17k miles on them for $290.

PSA:

I know most of us don’t think twice about this but …

After mocking everything up and measuring 9,000 times it looks like to center the caliper on the rotor you’re going to need a 3mm washer.

After looking around, it was surprisingly difficult to find a M12 washer with a 3mm thickness that was grade 8 or better.

I ended up using the ARP 200-8533 which are hardened chrome moly steel 8740 heat treated washers , which exceed grade 8 hardware specs and fit the m12 bolt.

I know … it’s just a washer Calm down expert metallurgy

But, When it comes to brakes, or any other critical component, please don’t just go with what fits. The wrong washer could deform under the torque spec / clamp load and the bolt could back out over time. Every alloy has different specs and for different purposes.

Hopefully this saves someone else the time I spent searching for a washer.

the ARP are hardened and all of them are exactly 3mm thick.

High-strength washers for engines, suspension, and brakes are made from heat-treated alloy steel, 304 stainless doesn’t have the abilities to resist deformation under high torque like hardened treated alloys.

Specs to look for that are grade 8 substitutes


Made to ASTM, SAE, or ISO structural standards

Grade 8, Class 10.9, Class 12.9

300 HV hardness (or higher)

Chromoly (such as 8740 steel) ARP Washers

Just completed an unexpected 440 mile round trip to go spend the evening with my lady friend. She’s also got a ‘25 Bronco Sport.

Brakes felt incredible, very good stopping power. Couldn’t be happier with this modification. Highly recommended for how easy it was.

Welp after lots of reading test fitting and waiting on parts and paint to dry… she’s now got the most unnecessary mod installed

this was POR-15’s brake caliper kit blue.

Was hoping it was a bit more of a lighter blue to match fords ST blue but eh.

The kit comes with a metal prep then a primer before the color goes on.

The paint needs to be brushed on and it was difficult to avoid runs, and it isn’t brake fluid resistant (shocking) so I wouldn’t recommend it.

Short answer I sourced everything off a 3,754 mile totaled out 2025 Mach-E (non performance) … the man wanted $60 per side, and I happily obliged and offered to take them off myself (I didn’t want him to change his mind lol)
