Yea...I stole the idea from you! Best option there is right now since Mabett didn't provide any options for that area..like just black plastic that matches the rest of it.

Got mine in and decided to make them match my marker lights a bit better. Did not like how yellow they were.

I like this look. Did you just put the tint film over the lights on the outside? Did you wire the lights to be on at all times while driving, or only for the turn signals?

I took the black plastic cover off and wrapped the outside, and they are wired to be on when driving. If I remember right there are 2 power wires and a ground, it can be wired so they only come on with the blinkers.

I've also just bought a set. $10 off right now on amazon. I bought it even though a lot of the reviews state that the passenger side collects condensation and has caused that side to quit working. Few other state the same about the Drivers side.
Anyone here have that issue?
Should I try to take it apart and add an extra seal?
Then as for the Carbon Fiber insert, did you just add it to the outside?

I had texted Mabett back in may about my marker lights and heard nothing till this morning. They apologized for taking so long to get back to me and offered me a refund if I gave the the order number with Amazon . I told them Amazon doesn’t send receipts, so I have no number. I did send them a picture of the scan code on the side of the box they came in. I’ll see what happens.

Tie the yellow wires to the smallest wire on your turn signal (each side). Then just tape off the red wire. That is the way I did my 24 hybrid lariat.

I want to try this. But there are two (2) small wires looks like one top , one bottom which do you recommend ? Looks like they are both blue with white strip.

The wiring is different it appears on the Eco vs Lariat. Sorry but I can’t help. Maybe someone who has an Eco can help. Good luck.

I wired mine up so they are always on when the truck is running and blink with the turn signal. I hate the Zebra center and ordered black carbon fiber to cover it it.

I was going to tint the amber so that it was not as bright but after a month I decided NO..

Here is why...they do a great job of lighting up the sides of the road, guardrails and cars and trucks next to you. I like it! I also noticed another thing!!!! I no longer have those drivers that always want to pass you and then get alongside and drive with you for a mile or two! Not anymore! The side markers them and I haven't had this happen since I installed them. I also notice drivers tend to back off from stopping directly alongside my truck and hang back a little or pull forward...like that also.

How did you wire your driver and driver harnesses to obtain this please?
