LXT rear window change to power controlled?

I am in the first few days owning my 2023 maverick. Love it. I have installed oem hood protector, redneck garage DRL and a X Cover trifold cover. Would like to have remote control over the rear cab window. Has anyone done this or have ideas how to make this happen.

I would like that too if there is an aftermarket solution. I just got my Maverick a week ago and I am really enjoying using the sunroof with back window open. Would be nice to be able to open the rear window on the fly.

Could a lariat owner post a pic of the rear power window. Hoping I need no major mods to do this and pic of window may give ideas.

I had a rear power window in my '22 First Edition and it looks completely different than the manual. You'd probably have to buy an entire window not to mention adding wiring and a switch.

There is a worm gear in the bottom of window and cable leading to motor. There are pics here when people show behind back seat. If it happens definitely wright it up and share please.

Looking for totaled lariat in local salvage yards this week. Will check ford oem parts for new cost. Wiring should not be a problem. research makes it sound worm gear,window and motor sold in a package.

My 24 Hybrid has a power rear sliding window.

Aftermarket solution is use Dorman motor and cable asy P/N 777-300 readily available on multi sellers Amazon , Walmart .com etc Just be careful what switch u use must be a 6 or7 prong rocker also readily available. Dorman motor asy is not the best quality of design as it utilizes steel cables on a plastic spool. Motor will not reverse itself , so again correct switch usage i s critical I used this setup and it works ( I cannot post pics) I found out the Hardway about polarity reversing motors and switches! . Hope this helps has overall this mod will cost less then $100.00 vs Ford wanting $1016.00 for parts alone!. Rear sliding window IMHO is almost useless with out power.
