I have a 24 model XL. I installed the Ford mud flaps when I get the truck new. But I still get mud down the side. Does anyone make a longer mud flap that will have more protection ? Or is there another way to accomplish this ?

I found these much better than the Ford OEM mud flaps. Cheaper, no paint rubbing, and more flexible.

I got those too. Good to see they've come down in price over a year.
Mainly for the flexible aspect, for the accidental backup over a parking bump it might scrape on - which I'd done in Rav4 and appreciated the same flexible flaps I put on it.

Do they indeed stick out more than Ford option, because I've been impressed with the lack of kickup.

Haven't looked super close to decide if it's those or the truck normal attachment points, causing extra collection of debris at the bottom of one of the wheel wells connection area. May be the front flaps - only notice when I'm spray washing, and forget to look later.

The Mabett flaps are very good. Even better than the $150 Rokblokz in my experience.

Ford mud flaps damage the paint where they attach. I have bought and used with very good luck the Mabett mud flaps and the price is awesome.

It doesn't look like they are working very well.
Well... Maybe clean more than the inside before posting can be a good idea. But mosquitos eat half my arm during the 15min needed to clean and install. lol
