I’m gonna try to do my own. I know it won’t be pretty but gives me something to work on

Just got mine done on 12/22. $550 at Line-X. in central FLA. Good job. They plugged all the threaded holes so they're still usable after the spray in. There was an additional cost to remove and re-install my factory hard roll-up tonneau cover so I did that myself. Easy job. Would recommend Line-X, West Melbourne FL.

Congrats on getting it done!

Got the premium version done here in New Brunswick Canada first week in December. It was $675 CAD for that, or $550 for the base one. Lifetime warranty (not transferable).

in talking to the Line-X dealer, he said that 6 months later people later regret not getting the premium liner, but no one regrets only getting the basic one.

We did a full load of wood, tossing logs in there and then sweeping it out - no damage at all. Not regretting the extra layer of protection.

Dealer said there was a big shortage of some of the materials that they had to fight through - for a while the supplier was sending out smaller shipments and not indicating which of a couple formulas it was - which meant lots of waste due to not wanting to mix from one barrel to the next.

They did a great job, though.

Maybe a few layers of decent outdoor paint to keep it from delaminating and developing splinters?

I'd go one step further and coat it with store bought bed liner in a can. Ever try to walk on wet wood?

As far as durability for Line-X you don't have to worry. I had the regular and shoveled gravel and bark out of it as well as dragging pavers and lumber in and out. Never chipped or peeled in over 6 years.

I just got my bed spray lined with the standard from Line-X. Looks like they did a good job.

Praise God from whom all blessings flow!!! This is the FIRST GOOD NEWS I have received. These pages are starting to scare me, Truck won't start, the tailgate not hanging right, for example. My dealer uses a Line-X shop also.

My Mav has been great so far! I haven’t checked the tailgate though.

After doing some research I went with Bullet spray in liner over Line X and am super happy with. Premium level. Lifetime warranty to original owner. Already hauled gravel, wood, chains, wire fencing. $585. Raleigh NC

Looks great!!! I have an armorthane dealer locally who will be doing mine when it comes in. They did my 94 silverado years ago. I still have the truck, and It still looks great.

I have the Lariat LUX on order, so the SIBL decision is already made. Before having a dealer install SIBL ask if he has any trucks on the lot that he had done. Two dealers in the Chicago area that I looked at had Rangers and F150's that they had SIBL, the workmanship on the 5 trucks was horrible, two had missing bolts holding the tailgate access panel on, all had bad overspray and on one when they cut the masking off they cut the factory paint. If they sell it for $495, there is at least $100-150 markup, so corners have to be cut on a $350 job vs $600.

Thanks! I have no explanation for why I chose them over the dealer. The Line X warranty is lifetime too.
Bullet liner is 488 here in DC. Supposedly company started by the original line x owner and they say he improved it . Worth some
Calls I think .

True story. I think that he had a 10 year non-compete but still held patents on Line X chemistry
