Love this post! Cheers to a great 2023 for all of the current Maverick owners and those "expecting" (LOL). We'll have a lot of new "parents" this year!

Yep, it's Just A Truck, but I'm loving mine! My wife likes it so much that she's started calling it "her truck." :cautious: Uh oh...

Such a beautiful story. God is so good to each of us in His own timing. May His richest blessings abide upon your and your family this year.

Sounds like you will be anxiously waiting for the 24 Order Bank to open because you probably can say that you once had a Maverick until your wife took it from you. Have a blessed and wonderful New Year.

You are correct in that. Looks like our Maverick family will grow dramatically. Just think about having to "feed" all those kids we are having, but with so many Hybrid kids, don't have to get "groceries" that much.

You've eloquently put into words an analogy that I've noticed since being a Maverick fan and a member of MTC. I thought the same comparison and even went so far as to view people's excitement of waiting for their truck as surpassing the wait for baby.

Of course, there is no comparison of a child to a hunk of metal and plastic, but no doubt, we love our trucks. They are representative of our American values of self-reliance and 'getting things done'.

Thank you for your kind words. I was just thinking of how excited I will be when my Lariat Hybrid gets here (already have an EB FX4), then remembered the many times I visited young families who had newborns and saw that sparkle of pride in their eyes, so this thought just came to mind about the comparison. Enjoy your day in beautiful CA.

@JBryant (aka my MTC dad) I brought my Maverick home a month ago after a 620 day wait!
