I'm sorry fellas, but I have received two trucks. Two free FITS packages. Every item fit just fine. No issues. I noticed the storage dividers needed a little fiddling until they fit absolutely perfectly. The items are very snug. Once they are in, it takes upward force to remove them. Try and try again until it "FITS".

I don’t have anything from the Ford FITS package, but have gotten some 3d printed items from my son that “fit” very well, and have had no issues with items being loose. He has some extras if anyone is in need of “plugs”, under seat pieces, or receivers, give me a yell.

For those eligible to receive one and who did not, check at your dealer's parts department. It may well be there, its label coded with your specific VIN.

In my own case, it arrived there roughly 10 days after the truck did. No notification from the dealer, just knew from other comments here to go seek it out.

And yes, everything fits as intended, although the dividers for the rear storage bin are a tight squeeze.

I had to fight with the parts dept to get mine… not literally, just had to continually press the issue… in the end a call to ford customer service hotline has them call the parts dept and order it. I think the dealer ended up eating it…

It's an Anycubic, resin printer. uses liquid rather than filament. He's just getting started, has had some issues with "larger" items, needs to learn about "supports". But the small stuff he's done has worked out well for me, the fit of the items has been good, and the stuff holds paint well, and it's temp resistant. See you're in WV, we're in Vienna usually once a month for Sam's club trip, if you're near that area and need anything of what he's got, let me know. he's selling the stuff pretty cheap compared to what I've seen, but postage/shipping is the priciest part.

I just picked up my Mav on Tues 4/25 after waiting a year and a half, and I forgot all about the FITS pkg bonus at the time I bought it. (Was more concerned with getting through the financing etc.)
But I have contacted the dealership a couple times in the past week about the FITS pkg I think I should've gotten with the truck- with no real positive result. Although- I did get an email from the sales manager this evening saying he'd check with the parts department tomorrow morning.
And I know it's not a big deal, and not sure I should even bother with it- but think I'd use the little trash can & divider under the rear seat..
I originally ordered a 2022 Mav in the last week of Oct 2021. And re-ordered a 2023 on 9/19/22.
And was lucky to get my Mav on 4/25/23.

And it didn't say anything about the FITS pkg on my window sticker.(Should it?) Not even sure I got an email from Ford about it- think I did, but I don't want to dig back through my emails looking just for that either.

Like my Mav, but now am dreading reading the 500+ page owners manual to try & figure it out. (Damn thing is a serious book!)

We picked up our hybrid last May and our FITS package never showed up.

I never got mine either. Dealer advised kits are way back ordered and don't count on ever receiving it.
