Larger Rear View Mirror replacement?

This might be a dumb question. But due to the small size of the rear view mirror, I want to swap it out for a bigger one. What tool do you use for loosening the current one to remove it?

I believe it is a torx 25.

Search “KIA Homelink Mirror Installed”
There is a link that shows removing the housing just above the mirror to make it easier to get the mirror off.

I know a lot of people are using the Kia mirror but look into the frameless mirror for a Mustang 15 and up. I believe if not, it's seventeen and up.. I found mine in a junkyard and replaced ,It looks great gives you more visibility and you can wire The auto dim feature also

I used an oem 20+ Toyota Camry frameless mirror that came with the homelink buttons on them, substantially larger than the standard mirror.

It says uploading pictures, but it never completes it. No matter how long I wait or what my service or if connected to Wi-Fi... And then if I try to navigate to a different screen it, ask me, do I want to cancel the upload or continue, and if I say continue it, just never uploads

Sometimes the file is too big.
Yep can be a slow internet connection.
I had that yesterday when I was sending an email with three pictures on my phone ended up having to go to 5G.
It is a pain, but
You may also try one individual picture at a time.
I'm interested in your option for Mustang mirrors because, I can find them in the junkyard easier.

If I installed a larger mirror, I would just see more of the inside of the cab. If you want a larger field of view put the backseat headrests under the seat.
