With some poking around, I'd suspect it can be turned back on via Forscan.

That is the main reason that I posted here, but just a lot of grief and did it the old fashion way.With some poking around, I'd suspect it can be turned back on via Forscan.
RI wonder if Ford got sued from somebody getting in a crash, or somebody at the company thought about it and figured it'd be a "liability" or something to keep them enabled in tandem. I agree that it definitely is odd.
Wonder if there's a way to enable it in Forscan. I've been in my truck with Forscan and it's remarkable how much can be changed. It could just be a simple on/off setting. Maybe someone who has experience with the 25s and Forscan can chime in?
Here it is 15 months later and nobody has solved to my knowledge. You're probably right, its likely a simple firmware change in some module to make the 25 Mav behave like the 23 Mav. But what, where?? I'd love to have lane centering, BLISS, reverse parking aids available with a trailer plugged in.I wonder if Ford got sued from somebody getting in a crash, or somebody at the company thought about it and figured it'd be a "liability" or something to keep them enabled in tandem. Nothing to "fix", it is operating as designed. From your Owners manual;
