Nice set-up you

Nice set-up you got there 👍

I ordered some parts (Molle Panels) from JCR Off-Road over a month ago and I've yet to receive anything. They didn't even notify me to give me an update on my order to let me know what was causing the delay. After reaching out to them to find out the status of my order, they just replied by telling me to wait for an email with my tracking order number.

I find it odd that it takes over a month to make a molle panel for something you advertise.

Anyways, I'm going to give them another month. If I don't hear or receive anything from them (JCR), I will cancel my order.
Yes, their ordering system leaves a lot to be desired. It doesn't provide you with an estimate nor does it provide you updates. All you get is an email when the shipping label has been created.

I placed a single order for all of the skid plates.
  • Engine skid plate => two weeks
  • Gas tank skid plate => four weeks
  • Floor skid plates => seven weeks (forced me to reschedule my appointment out three weeks since my installer is booked three to five weeks in advance).
I think I will order the catalytic converter plate from them.

I will look for another solution for the engine skid plate. I will wait to see someone else install the Rival one on a standard (non-FX4, non-Tremor) AWD Maverick.

To say the least.

I will definitely not be purchasing from them anymore. I ordered a different molle panel from Builtright Industries yesterday and by the end of the day, I had my order processed and shipped.

Anyways, best of luck with your mods.
