Did Ford give you top priority or something for the trouble?

My dealer didn’t help so 3 months later I found one at a dealer 4 miles from me been doing mods and enjoying my new ride

Well i called chat yesterday to get rail car#. She wasn't able to find it. So who knows.

So after being “in production” for over a month and a half due to the recall and wait for shipment due to holidays. I called to check the status of cart (through Union Pacific) since it shipped 2 days ago.

Got the news that my rail car status is “Bad Order” which means that the rail car that has a mechanical defect. I guess that waiting 2 years is not enough and I have to wait a little more.

It was supposed to be picked up and leave Arizona today at 3:15pm, but it didn’t. Hopefully they work weekends and get it fixed

Has anyone had the same status or issue before?

YUP. MY dealer didn't know where mine was. The rail car website said it was on a siding in Arizona. Ford Chat said it was in an unloading lot south of Chicago. Three days later PRESTO it was at the dealer.
Go with Ford Chat. The other ones are useless.

That’s awesome! Unfortunately for me, the updates from chat have matched the rail car tracking Nothing new and still in the same place.

It was supposed to be re-picked up on the 7th, but it was marked as bad order again.

Just checked the tracking again and the current status is “Loaded Bad Order Placement” with an updated ETA to the railroad end point for January 16th (used to be the 11th). Hoping for end of the month

No idea, I’ve tried to search online but no luck. Someone else here is forum had “Placed for Bad Order Repair” so maybe that’s the next step after this one? We’ll see what happens

Update. It is finally in a “Loaded Pickup” status! New ETA is the 19th, so an 8 day delay from the original ETA thanks to a bad ordered rail car.
