Intermittent no power isuue

After only 50 days in the shop the saga is finally over.
Ford shipped the part faster than expected, service put it all back together, tested it and gave me a call to let me know it was ready. I took it out yesterday and the truck performed exactly as it should. I hope all the other hybrid owners that run into this issue get a quick fix since this now seems to be a known issue.

Could you share the repair paperwork from the dealer (a.k.a. technician report)? ... thanks.

Now that's the way you use a sledgehammer to solve a customer known problem.

Now I know why Farley was hired. How could Ford possibly have Excessive warranty costs?

There will be more to come. Ford hired a guy with a BA and ex marketing guy from Toyota to head the development of FORDS Crown Jewel the EV to beat out Tesla. I would have some of the best electronic and electrical engineers guiding this project and not a Marketing Guy.

And with all the F UPs, does Ford ever fire any Managers?

Final update:
I just received the pay back from Ford. They sent me a Mastercard Loyalty card rather than a check or direct deposit of the single truck payment (not pro rated). Unfortunetly this card has restrictions such as if I want to close it, there's a $15 fee. Kind of a pain to have to pay an exact amount using this card so I don't leave money on the table.

Same thing happened to me. Hybrid XL. Shop said it was the Body Control Module

Its been in the shop for 5 days now.

On another note. I used my Ford App to contact roadside assistance. Got a call back in 5 minutes.. and the service insisted it was going to cost $300 for the tow

I called the dealer directly and they sent out their rollback and picked it up.
