Short update as per my Ford dealership: The PCB was replaced with no results. They added a gateway between the PCB and truck with no change to the intermittent issue. At this point it takes a couple days for corporate to suggest a fix, the dealership to implement the fix, then to test.

I got a call yesterday and was told they are going to replace the PCB and it should take about a week to get the board with a few more days for install.
