Intermittent high-pitched whining/ whisling sound?

I have it. Mostly between 30-50 km. And mostly when the radio is on. It's ear piercing and annoying.

Clunking noise after stopping and continuously during the day.

Air conditioner fan makes really a loud noise on high

Picked up our hybrid Maverick on Friday and have been noticing an intermittent high pitched whine sound that clearly switches on and off..loud enough to be very distinct at idle/ low speed, and still heard above road noise at highway speed. It's extremely annoying..any ideas what it might be? First thought was a loud fuel pump? Anyone else noticing this issue?

I have it. Drives me crazy. Mostly because my ears are sensitive to those sounds.

Making me crazy the dentist drill sound

We have had our maverick for about 3 weeks now. It was very quiet the first 2 weeks. Then we flat towed it twice now no problem getting it in to flat tow mode. With in 90 minutes of the tow booth times the patriot brake lost power and the truck was completely dead. Nothing worked. Now after a charge it seems to slow down to an idle very loudly. Not sure what to do as we are out on the road.

The Electric AC makes a high pitched sound and it does shut off when it reaches the inside set temperature then starts again when needed.

Has anyone gotten a request for info from Ford on this forum? Don't know if everyone can see it in this thread, but it's asking for my VIN and dealer info...concerned it's a possible scam

I've seen them reply to many posts like yours wanting to check in to strange concerns, I assume for customer satisfaction and to see if they can possibly fill their quota of recalls....lol

I have noticed a whining/whistling sound when I park the truck but leave it running. Doesn't bother me too much because it's not super loud. I haven't noticed it while driving, though. I hope op got some answers!
