Any suggestions for a product "like Armor All wipes" to clean and wipe down the interior od a 2024 Maverick Lariat?

Yes, don't use them. Use an air duster, fuzzy duster, microfiber cloth, and hand vac for cleaning and leave the products on the shelves unless you have a specific need (removing urine smell, coffee stain in upholstery, etc).

The only product I'd use is window cleaner on the windows.

This is what I use. Non greasy, dries and a flat finish. You can use on everything including the plastic, glass, nav screen, seats, mats etc. Adams products are great!

And if you want an incredible spray ceramic coating, use Adam's Advanced Graphene Ceramic Spray Coating. I coated mine in June—here is a pic. I coated everything: paint, glass, plastic, and wheels.

Whatever you use do it often I usually wash my vehicles 3-4 times a week

Absolutely do not wipe the dash display (behind steering wheel) with anything if possible. It has a delicate matte anti-glare coating that is easy to destroy. No cleaners, no soap, no alcohol. Distilled water and microfiber and SPOT clean by dabbing if absolutely necessary.

I clean my maverick interior with a mixture of simple green cleaner mixed with warm water and a microfiber cloth.Works good.

I use Tuff Stuff from Walmart with a microfiber for my interior panels. Haven't had a need to touch the dash at all so far. Works great, no glare or greasy film after. Also works good on carpet and seats. In my Camaro I use a leather lotion that I apply to the dash and all the vinyl and plastic panels. Slight glare but being an older vehicle I like to keep it supple. Stoner Invisible aerosol glass cleaner for the windows. It's safe for tinted windows as well and works great!

I have a janitorial size spray bottle that fill with tap water and 3 to 5 drops of Dawn. Spray it on a shop rag and wipe. The textured dash I use a swiffer duster. I gave up on the interior clean and protect crap years ago.

Over time Armor All dries rubber door seals out.
Clear guard does not.
