I am trying to install these Rokblokz mud flaps. The diameter of the plastic orange inserts for the hole on my Maverick are too big by 1/8 of an inch! I will try to find some other plastic inserts or find another solution to attach theses mud flaps. I am so disappointed with this install. I have sent an email to this company about my problem...
I did the install and the plastic inserts worked for me. I would be curious what other inserts you use. Keep us posted.

I'm guessing you thought they pushed into the hole and didn't see that they just sort of loosely clamp over the outside?

I was sure they would slip off and get lost in the body somewhere!

Just installed mine last night. Recommend to others to install during the day! Poorly lit garage and flashlights took awhile... But they look great!

It’s hard to tell from photos, but how does the gray flaps go with cactus gray in person? Trying to decide between gray and black..

I went with a contrasting color for the mud guards. These are well made! Quality materials and hardware.

They've been good on mine, and easy to install. They get some heavy gravel road usage and have been great so far.

I’ve had them on my Mustang for 3 years. Will be getting them on the Maverick when I get it.
I've also had them on my Mustang for quite awhile. I will be installing them on my Maverick this week.

I also ordered Rokblokz mud flaps and will return them. The holes punched in the mud flaps are absolutely huge while the installation screws are only a very small #8. The holes punched in the mud flaps should be much smaller to match the #8 screws. Even the holes punched in the washers are way too big. The head of the #8 screws could easily pull through the large hole in the washers provided. I think the Rokblokz mud flaps could be great if they made the punched holes much smaller in the mud flaps and provided washers with #8 holes instead of 1/4 inch holes.

My local Menards store had 3/16" x 1-1/4" SS fender washers in a pkg of 6, hit them with some black paint, problem solved.

Could also use a truss or flanged head on the screw. A 3/16 fender washer is 4.76 mm so that would be fine for a #8 screw instead of the 1/4 inch washers provided. But that won't solve the issue that the 3 holes punched in the actual mud flap are too large. There is a ridiculous amount of play given the holes are so large with just 3 mount points. You'd have to really crank down on the screws and deform the mud flap to keep it from moving around. The mud flap holes measure 9mm in size. That is huge for #8 mounting hardware which is about 4 mm in diameter. The # 8 mounting hardware is the right size for the fender attachment points. The issue is that the holes punched in the mud flap are more than 2x too big. Let's see what Rokblokz says today.

While I agree that the washers could be better sized, I'm in favor of the wide slots, as it allows the opportunity to adjust the flaps inward/outward to suit my taste, as well as the ability to perfectly level them. Nothing worse looking than skewed/off-kilter flaps when viewed from behind.

I've had great Customer Service experiences with RokBlokz, I suspect they'll provide the same to you.

Don’t have my Maverick yet to confirm but the RokBlokz should come with longer screws and washers that replace the existing screws.
I got mine for Christmas. I put them on not long after. I can assure you the hardware is quite sufficent.

Glad they worked out. I got the fitted one from Ford with my points almost 2 years ago and so far are holding up well.

I did like them on my 18’ Mustang GT.
