I recall seeing somewhere that if you put larger tires on the Maverick you can input that in the system, but that it won't accept any size larger than 235/65R17.

My question is where is this done? In Forscan or just by using the dash settings for vehivle info.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Im sure its not a dash setting and I dont remember reading about doing it with forscan. I upgrated to 235’s dont know how thats effected my speedo but i think most folks are just living with it.

Speaking of forscan , can the dealer know when you have been using Forscan?

It's not that bad tbh. I would do it but tbh I'm only off 1mph with 245s at 70mph. Gps app has me at 71 so I'm not Ina rush to get a new temp forscan liscense.

yeah I’m planning on putting 245s on as soon as I get it. If it’s only 1-2 mph difference on the Speedo I probably just won’t worry about it

Hey there! I know this is a bit late, but I wanted to chime in on the discussion. I recently had the same question about inputting a new tire size in my system, and I found a really helpful tire size calculator that might be useful for you. It's called TireSizesCalculator.com, and it lets you compare different tire sizes and see how they affect your speedometer and other factors. As for your question, I'm not exactly sure where you would input the new tire size, but I would suggest checking your vehicle's manual or contacting the manufacturer for guidance. And, as you mentioned, if the difference in speedometer readings is minimal, it might not be worth the hassle. Hope this helps! By the way, I'm new to this forum, so thanks for having me.

Can't remember how to access, but there is a hidden menu where you can set speedo for different tire size. Don't need forscan. If I come across it again I will post.
